Alvops started in 2026, with friends asking for help with AI and programming for their work. One wanted to stop copying data from email into spreadsheets. Another lost mornings checking deadlines. Another answered the same questions on WhatsApp all day.
The requests varied, but the underlying problem was always the same: capable people, hired to think, sell or serve customers, spending hours moving information from one system to another.
Instead of handling one request at a time, we built a system that does this on its own and adapts to how each business already works. That system is Operational Brain.
Our background is in corporate data and business intelligence, with an MBA in Data Science from USP/Esalq. That is why every project starts with a number agreed with you to measure success.
